Manufacturing Process

The production of ceramic tiles involves meticulous steps to ensure quality and precision. Below is a step-by-step guide to the manufacturing process

Number 1 Raw Material Selection and Preparation

High-quality raw materials such as clay, quartz, and feldspar are selected and ground into a fine powder using ball mills. The powder is then mixed with water to form a slurry.

The slurry is spray-dried in a spray dryer to create uniform granules with optimal moisture content for pressing.

The granules are pressed into the desired shapes and sizes using hydraulic presses, forming a dense tile body.

The tiles are dried in horizontal or vertical driers to remove moisture and increase mechanical strength.
